First, dont use % sign to represent division. that is reserved for the modulus operator.
Second, Your math is wrong 18-20 = -2 and 1/10*2 = 1/5 = 0.2
(1/10)*18-(1/10)*20
=(1/10)(18-20)
=(1/10)(-2)
=-2/10
=-1/5
=-0.2
