An application in DHTML is created by a combination of and compiled visual basic code in an interactive, browser-based application.The application resides at the browser machine and it responds to the requests send by the end users.

DHTML application can be created as a single HTML page which uses Visual Basic code and the Dynamic HTML object model to respond to the requests of the users.
