QueryUnload Event takes place before a Form is Unloaded. 
Unload Event takes place as a Form is Unloaded

Unload canceled in QueryUnload Event by setting the cancel patameter to True

Before closing application unload query event called you find your query before close. After call unload event. If you want to avoid close application before unload using query unload.
