What is mean by mutating table and mutating error?

You write a trigger on some table and in that trigger code if you access the same table, then it generate this error. To avoide, use views or call procedure from trigger.. bcoz your table is in between modification mode (mutating mode) and you are accessing it...it generates this error.

Usually if a large amount of data entry/updation/deletion is to be done, the index is dropped and re-created after the data entry/updation/deletion is finished, Why?

It's really bad habit. you never gonna get anything from this. Reason is you are doing this to avoide fragmentation.. for this you can use LMT. and depends on index also if b*tree there are 95% al...

Yes the table can have primary key as well as unique constraint in a table.a table can only have a single primary key were as it can have more than one unique key

First of all this is a convention.Second thing is that if they start writing as varchar1 people will be confused this with char so they named it like this.

For the machine point of view data is stored in binary format.But if we say from database point of view it is stored in unicode format.

It is not necessary if your database is running in archivelog mode i.e. automatic archiving is enabled.
