Hi, my total year of exp. is 3 yrs. I was working as System engineer through out my career, now I got an offer for Business process lead in grade BPO3 from Infosys, they are giving me good hike almost 60 percent. I accepted the offer and now working for infosys.

HR is saying I am being hired for an IT project, although my grade is BPO3 (Business process lead) I will be working in IT project.

I had done BE in Information Technology in 2005 . After that I worked as lecturer and done CDAC in 2007.From 2007 to 2011 I worked as a tester and developer in an Mnc. Due to pregnancy and child care there is a gap of four years in my career. Is it possible to find job in IT again. Please suggest me what to do.

I have done my engineering in 2011. But I could not get any job in software field, which I always want. So ended up being a teacher.

I have just complete my MCA from Delhi and now I am working on D2K and Oracle 9i. I want to know about Oracle 11i and which module suit my Profile. If you areworking on D2k then go for apps technical with a knowledge of database adminstator that will help u.
