Can any one explain me about citrix protocol? And also please specify the differnce between html protocol and citrix protocol? How to set the recording options and start recording?

before using citix protocol install citrix client agent in ur pc and also install citrix server agent in ur server
before recording increases ur type writing speed in recordin option

am having difficulty in rerunnnig the script. Sometimes it runs and sometimes it fails . this is happening intermittently. Please help.
I have the citrix client installed and I have taken care of Bitmap syncing, using keyboards mostly, avoiding Mouse clicks etc.

Mostly use keybroad operation,for drag ans drop function u use the mouse click event, use these functionctrx_sync_on_bitmap (x, y, length, width, hash)
