Can any one give me live example for performance tuning in teradata?

When u receive a performance issue,
first go with the EXPLAIN statement
so that u will get an idea where the problem is......

The other step is skewing issue...
just check whether the data distribution
is even among the amps or not....

u can also check with the primary indexes also
