Thread: Need some advise for a new job

Hi Guys
I have got a job and this is my first job. And they have QTP automation tool. I have never been worked in any office so can anyone give me some advise how to behave in the office, what am i supposed to do on first day of the office ? Well i am very much nervous.

Hi Newhere,

First of all, congrats for getting your first job. If you are mapped into a project which used QTP as automation tool, then you will be trained in that tool along with the Testing techniques and methodologies as you are a fresher. Even you know the tool also you will trained in the prospects of usage of tool in real time environment.

Regarding the behaviour, as you are a fresher listen to the members who exists in the project, try to gain knowledge for the seniors, dont hesitate to ask any doubts or clarification, try to finish the task you are assigned by the deadline etc., are some key points you take note of it.

In the first few days of your office you will be having induction or some sort of training, so be part of all these activities.

New job... Newhere? gud luck! No need to worry at any cost... only thing is that you need to get all that comes your way. I mean get them into your mind. Grasp things fast and u'll become familiar...
