If a question was focused about usage of a email in office that is other words how frequently does a person sue email in his office how should one answer this question?

One could answer this question as email is of course a effective means of communication. But during working hours one should take measures and steps to use it only to a minimal period or only when essentially needed as too much of using email may eat away the time and hence the productivity in work would get reduced.
