Thread: Loading >10000 files which are in same format and datatypes

Can any one explain the scenario for the below one.

If there are more than 10000 files which are in same format and datatypes, which are having different names. How will you handle them in INFORMATICA to process the records and have to load the records from these files to the Target table?

Use the file repository concept and jchange in the session properties to file-type - indirect., use one metada and the remaining paths store them in a fkat file and take the path of the dfile in which paths are there and run them, the meta data of the file that ur using takes the remaining paths of the remaninng files with infirect
