Hi this is vikram from pune. Order management procees is very big. Its tottaly depends on requirement. I hve done small erp project. Depends on that i can help you. Order management there are two modules 1. Sales 2. Purchase. Inside sales a. Sales to cash customer b. Sales to credit customer c. Stock d. Payments inside purchase a.purchase on cash b. Purchase on credit c. Supplier details d. Payemnts to supplier. There are the basic model of order management.
