synchronizing test

When I try to add a synchronize point for object window bitmap, pc hangs. Can someone assist?

I think the problem may be due to the installation or low memory space or processing of the system. I think if you either uninstall winrunner and reinstall or if you check the memory capacity and processing speed you can rectify this issue.
