Can anyone give few test cases for billing and customer care systems for a Telecom service company ??

hi lalithapanda,
Before writing test cases you should need to analyse the functionality of the billing
1.Billing will be calculated as per the network, network to network the cost differs
2.The customer may select prepaid or postpaid
3.Analyse the plan details
for ex: i have assumed customer selects prepaid and the name of the plan: ABC plan
sms
local sms 5 paise/ per sms
national sms 50 paise/per sms
international sms 3 rs/per sms
call rate:
local call 1 rupee / per minute
std call 1. 50 paise per minute
international call: this facility will be available based on the custmer request
call between the same network: 50 paise per minute
happy hours calling from 11pm to 7 am will be 30 paise per minute
like this you have to analyse the entire funationlity present with in the mobile and then analyse the functionlity..
Note: i have given the details of (3, step three) partially like this you try the entire functionality and then start writing test cases
please let me know if any issues exists while preparing the test cases
