Hey guys i m new in testing can anybody tell me what does test plan include?

2. Current State of the System
3. Requirement that are going to be tested
4. Business requirement, Technical requirement, System Changes that have been modified.
5. Schedule
6. Tools that are to be used and the Environment
7. Team involved in Testing
8. Roles and Responsibilities
9. Types of Testing that are to be done
10. Level of testing
11. Risks and Mitigation
12. Features that are to be tested and not tested
13. Inscope and out of scope items
14. Defects that are to Retested and their corresponding Regression test cases.
15. The RAG factor.
16. Access Rights required
17. Conclusion

There may be some other also and it depends on the project and the test environment.
