Silk performer does not show any script

I tried to record a script in silk performer. But once i stop recodring, silk performer does not show any script. only a blank structure of the script appears in the workbench. I used the application type as web business-http. it used to work earlier, but i dont know what settings got changes, silk performer is not generating the script. Can anyone please help me?

Hi,

check if you have opened any other browser of same type already.
if yes, close that and try again. it will work...
