Can we use a flat file as a lookup?

Hi,

Yes, we can use flat file as a lookup table, but we can use static cache only.
Sorted input option is enabled only for the flat files[In Lookup properties].

but can we call the lookup flat file from a parameter file? if so what are the session properties we need to give?
