    hello,i am a new member,kindly explain me what is the difference between sql *plus and sql server

    Sql is a comman language for DBMS,RDBMS,ORDBMS.It is a language used to query the records in database.

    Sql *Plus is a product from oracle corporation and it has some additional commands which are specific to oracle. It allows users to interactively use sql commands, formatted reports and written command procedures to access database.

    SQL Server is a relational database management system (RDBMS) from Microsoft. SQL Server runs on T-SQL .

    Oracle has better security features than SQL server.
