Delete global variables?

Can any one tell that is it possible to delete global variables in form 6i? or any criteria to delete global variables?

To destroy a global variable and release its memory, use the ERASE built-in procedure:

Erase('GLOBAL.my_var');

[quality_quantity]

You then use a loop construct and build the DELETE statement
