    Stored Procedure

    Hi All,

How do we use the Stored Procedure as source for creating packages in framework Manager?

After publishing that package how do we call/use that Stored Procedure in Reportnet?

    Any idea?

    Hi
Just execute and check the procedure in back end. Also, if there
are predefined parameters, check the output in FM as well by
giving some parameter values. If u r still getting data there in
FM, then u probably should not have any problem in cognos
connection. Also, check whether db is up and running.

    Thanks for the response.

How do I check the output of procedure in FM?
When using this procedure in ReprotStudio, what are the steps to be followed to get it in the report?

    Thanks,
    Malathi

    Re: Stored Procedure

    Hi,

Framework Manager is a metadata modelling tool where in we prepare packages from different data sources that can be deployed on the reportnet server.
Report authors access these packages in report studio inorder to develop the customized reports.

FM is a modelling tool from Cognos.

    Regards,
    Malathi
