    Oracle 8i or 9i, Which to use?

    hi

    we are currently working on a project called "inventory control system" we are planning to use oracle as the back end tool..would it be better to use oracle 8i or oracle 9i...its not a real-time project so we are not going to have a very large database..

    please advice.

    Go for 9i because 8i is not supported any more.
