I did iseb certification and .net certification i am in dilema to apply job in testing or development . I am very good at testing and ok at developing can u please suggest me guys

Hi,

As you have mentioned you are good at Testing when compared to Development then it is better to look for a job in Testing. Getting certification may enhance your skills but for facing the Interview you should be very good at the Testing concepts, CMM levels, SDLC, Testing tools etc., Also as you are holding an certification you will be expected to very strong in the Testing Methodologies.

If I were you, regardless of what I am good at, I would do what interests me the most. I may good at Testing in the initial phases but until unless I have experience in Testing, how can I even say that I am a better Tester than I am a developer? Do you have any experience as a developer or a Tester? How much in each? Have you been a developer as well as a tester?
