Product and Project Testing

What is the difference between Product and Project testing ?

How we have to write the test cases for those?Plz explain with an example.

And also client side and server side validations.

A product is also a project and a project as also a product for someone.

There is no difference in testing these two.

The main difference may be in acceptance testing, which depends on project/ product.
