Hi,

The closest option to test out Software Architechture and focussing on Design would be Integration Testing.

The remaining three do not focus on the way a system is designed as such.

In true sense, testing a System Architechture is not much in vogue with regards to today's testing practices, but there are new methods coming up which focus on the same.

One such branch is called as Analysis and Design Testing which is covered as part of Integration Testing.
