    Re: Qtp

When you run a test, your application may not always respond with the same speed. You can handle there anticipated timing problem by synchronizing your test to ensure that Quick Test waits until your application is ready before performing a certain step.

In Quick Test, choose Insert > Step > Synchronization Point. The mouse pointer turns into a pointing hand.Click the object in your application for which you want to insert a synchronization point.Give the waiting time

    Re: Qtp

    Hi,

Synchronization point is basicllay used to synch two process operations. Using Synch Point we basically instruct QTP to wait for some pre-deifned amount of time before performing an action on other objects whose Object State really depends on the output of previous objcet operation which is taking more time for execution then estimated time.

For example clicking on Button can not performed untill it gets enable but its enable / disable functionality really dpeends on the action of previous operation.

    Cheers
