how we can trace all the privious executed sql command which is either call by application or sqlplus command prompt?

By using Flashback version Query option you can get back all your prevously modified data.(i,e. u have applied "update" command many times in columns u can view all the updated data)

use sys.v_$sqlarea or sys.v_$sql

but that has limitations on how previous data you can select.
