Thumbs up Re: Bug not reproduced

Following are some of the reasons why the bug reported by qa team is not replicated in the developer environment:
    a. The system may not be behaving consistently and it fluctuates.
    b. The access rights given for the QA environment may differ from the Developer environment.
    c. The code fix should happen so that the data generated in the front end should be stored in the data base

Analyze in which area the bug is generated in your end but not replicating in the developer end, and generate the report to the Manager, and ask the develper team to fix the issues, and retest. If still the defect prevails, reopen the defect or otherwise you can close or reject the defect.

We can do nothing, we have to try simple steps which can reproduce the bug again, If not reproduce, that bug will be rejected.
