How many manual test cases we can run

Can any one please answer to my question in automated testing. When automation framework is developed for the application, does separate script is developed for each feature in the module in real time. how many manual test cases we can run on that script. how we follow in real time.

Actually we should automate the actions, and finally we can call all action in a single script.Hence our script will run smoothly and will be more manageable.
