Can’t get Quality Center to communicate with QTP

Hi,

We are trialling Mercury QTP 9.2 and Quality Center.
The applications under test is located on 2 Citrix servers.
We installed QTP on each Citrix server and can run tests via QTP with no problems.

However we can’t get Quality Center to communicate with QTP to run the scripts. Quality Center is installed on a separate Citrix sever. Does Quality Center need to be on the same Citrix server as QTP or is there a step we are missing. Anyone done anything similar?

Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks

Am facing the same problem. But in our case, both QC and QTP is installed on the same Citrix server.
