Disabled Web Button

I recorded a script in QTP. But every time I run this script, there is this one web button that always disables. However, when I execute it manually the this button is enabled. WHy does this happen? How do i keep it enabled?

After recording, type wait(5) before line to the button click. Then run. You will get executed successfully.
