Sheet name is already in use

I am getting a message, "Sheet name is already in use" when i try to open a test script. When i try to run the script it gives me a General error.

I am not sure what the problem is?

The script is written by someone else. I just tried to delete one RA and insert a new one.

i think it's a bug of QTP, I met this problem,too.
You Can Open the Default.xls file in your test folder,then you will find there are some same name sheets... you must delete them if you want run your test successfully.
