What are the known methodologies for extracting and designing integration test scenarios from requirement specification documents and design documents ?

There is no such technique, you(tester) have to think all scenarios (positive+negative) from SRS and more from FSD, which is best for scenario writing.

Integration test scenarios is not a specific test scenario, generally test scenarios are combination of 5+ test cases which are generally integration dependent.
