    BI - Software Development

I'm not exactly sure if this is the right forum to be posting on, but I've hit a roadblock, and trying to figure away around it! Currently I'm looking for a software developer with a data warehousing/Business Intelligence background. I have been out of the IT world for the past 6 years and then my background was more on the infrastructure side. I am on unfamiliar ground when it comes to software/development/programming areas of IS. I am hitting the major websites, Monster and Dice, but are there any other nitch sites that I'm missing? As far as buzz words, I've been using Siebel Analytics and OBIEE, along with data warehousing and BI, but haven't had much luck. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

This is a full time perm position. That has been my struggle, I am see talent in the larger markets and those individuals are working on more of a consultant basis.
