I want to interact with 2 databases

I have 2 oracle database (unix and windows) I want to interact with 2 databases. I had made the listener and tnsnames setup on both sides and also created the database links also when i am trying to acces the windows database from the unix it shows me no listener. please help me in this problem

Are u able to ping to one machine from other one, IF yes, Check the ports in which ur listeners are running, And surely by correcting the listeners,tnsnames we can make them communicated.
