    What is the difference between function & Action?
    When do we go for Function?

    Hi Gopal Reddy,

    I got your question.

    I hope you might be using some testing tool like QTP, LoadRunner....etc.

    The main difference between Function and Action is.

    Function which has some set of executable statements which run and return the value from called function.

    Action is some thing where you have some series of Script generated including functions, sub procedures and other executable statements. Action is defined from Tool - Script generation.

    Function is independent of its own which can perform set of action to return value when its called.
