Create relation conection between two source

We have two source one is flatfile source and another is oracle source both the source I am joining in joiner tarnsformation how it is posible to create the relation conection between the two source.

My mapping is succeed but source is fatching only 350,000 actualy it has 4million raw!

Ho wcan I fatch all the raw from source to mapping!
