How to install only exe file

I developed one small inventory software in Oracle 9i. I want to install that software to my friend's pc without showing the source code. How to install only exe file.

installing means to make the software fully functional.
Only the exe fiel is no sufficent to run by itself,
it need help of other supporting files like dll ,ocx or some other files.
when any application is installed all the components are registered with windows .

But i f u want to run only the exefile then copy to the specified system and run.
But it will only work if there is all the required supporting files.
