There are many companies that hire people experienced / fresh, train them and place them in their own company or send you to their client company.
Some of such companies are Capgemeni, Blue Star and TCS also.

I can tell u one thing for sure no consultancy provides real time projects in Hyderabad.
Every one promises but no one does that.
What they give u is some dummy projects ,what they have already sold to hundred others.
