Need help for Load testing this Application

hi all ,
Iam using Load Runner V8.0.
The application is an dotnet application.
When playing back recorded script,Load Runner tool is not collecting the path specified by the browse button in the browse field as shown in the screen shot,I also tried keying in the location maually,then also result is same.
I am posting a screen shot of the application iam testing.

Inthe scripts it has recorded correctly, (see below)

is it failing in the first iteration?

This bunch of code doesn't have URL.. Add some codes which comes before this transaction.

can you give some detail description about this error. whether this code comes in Init or Action part.
