How to use function and How to call functions from script to other?

HOw to run all the scripts into one single script.Can you please Explain me.

1. Local functions can be created in the script(vb functions) ...they are local to the script.

2. A script can be modifed as a reusable action and called from another script.

3. A batch runn script(master script) used to call multiple script.

4. GLobal functions in a vbs can be used across scripts.
