Yes ucan use QTP for webservice testing..

but need to have webservice addin.. which is available for QTP 9.X verisons only.

Hi Can any one please explain about how to go about testing web services in QTP9.2. Does the web service addin comes by default in QTP9.2 or we have to install it separately. Also plz give a sample example of how to test a web service through QTP9.2

For each addin, additional $1000 (approximate) needed
