    I think techinal interview question are same for fresher and 1 year exp but for exp they ask the why the technolgy used and the broad advanatge , ur question have very big answer i cant explain in single or 2 lines but frd i would like to say there is very difference in freshers and exp. and Complany will look first and major thing is confidense level.

    Hi for .NET , It will be better if you will prepare the framework and language referecne with OOP's concept along with sql server qeury etc.

    Dear Ramesh..

    If you prepare for .net then it would be the same Q for a year experienced and a fresher ,and if you have experience then they would ask you on what projects you have worked on,and their life cycle....
