is it hard to get a job as a engineer?

what college should I go to if I want to be a excellent engineer?
do you think there is a college would give scholarship for taking mechanical engineer?

I am in AL, goes to Hueytown High School as a exchange student. I really like to do science or math stuff. I am taking ap cal. and I am going to take AP Exam next week. I would like to have a scholarship to go to college here, because I heard from my teacher and read in some website that it would be easier for a engineer to get a job in USA. could you help me to find any college that could give scholarship?

I don't understand your 1st question at all.

You are talking of USA and expecting free education based on scholarship.
But you did not care to mention your current location.

Finally it is not the college but only you can make your self into an excelent engineer.
