I am new in automation testing, I attend the QTP 9.2 training and would like to know how to write automation test plan.

1. could you please provide me a copy of automation test plan.
2. or if you can not or you don't have one test plan, could you let me know how to write the test plan using the test plan if you are familiar with the sample tests in QTP9.2 training. QTP 9.2 training uses the Flight Reservation application to go through the training.
3. please let me know if you have any useful resources for writing AUTOMATION test plan, so I can get myself well educated.

I want to be very good in automation testing area and I am doing my effort on the daily bases. I appreciate your help.

Test Plan is a Macro Term in Automation Testing, AUT are drilled on various criteria(Functionality, Business Specs & Tester Perspective)

This give rise to modules that are Level 1 classification.

Similar Approach is carried out till we reach the Scripts which are the Leaf Node in Test Plan Hiearchy .....

for E.g you can have a test plan for Microsoft Word.

MSWORD>Menus>File>(Open< A QTP Script>).

I hope it make sense...

NOTE: The Classification is the benchmark in Evolution of any TestPlan.
