If target is flatfile or relational database you can use normalizer (occurs)transformation to make one row into multiple rows.

Static Lookup:In this directly insert into target,with out updating caches
Dynamic Lookup:First it will update cache and then insert into target

Try to debug the mapping the mapping then you can find easily the mismatched colum.
