Transfer the Test cases to the test lab section and then execute the tests, once done ,specify the test as passed or fail from the drop down menu.

To run the Manaul testcases in QC.
Once you create your testcase in Test Plan tab goto Test Run tab,Select the Testcase you want to run on the leftpane where you see your Testcase folders and test cases which you created in Test Plan tab.
Click on the testcase it opens window where you need to execute your Testcase step by step which you created.
You can even change the steps here.
Once your done close the window and you see the the result on testlab of pass/fail depending upon-- if all your steps are pass then its PASS if any of ur step in ur testcase is fail then the Testcase FAILS.

Once you created test cases .Go to test lab.
First create a test set folder .
Create a test set. give testset name click ok
When you click ok button you can see right side test plan tree.
From test plan you can choose your test set and click run.
After you check manually your application .if it is pass give pass sign if its fail give fail sign.
after run all you steps click end button .you directly go to yours testlab.
