Anyone received mshtml.dll IEerror when using QTP?

I'm Usinng QTP an IE6 and I often receive IEerror stating:

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem:

AppName: iexplorer.exe, AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180, ModName: mshtml.dll


Do you happen to know if it's QuickTest Professional related problem (ie crashed due to QTP) or it's probably an iexplorer problem (not related to QTP at all).


PS: I'd search through the internet and found some explanations and tried several steps in order to solve the problem but nothing worked so far.

I someone has a clue please help me

It's the browser problem.
