    Blue screen error

    Hi,

    I have formatted and installed windows XP Pro again in my PC recently, due to an error..
    Even after formating, same error is coming...
    While working with my PC, desktop goes blank for 1 sec and an error shows in a blue screen.
    stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
    The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0Xc0000005 (0X00000000 0X00000000)

    Please help me to fix this issue,
    Thanks,
    Kevin

    Is this a new system or an old one? Probably your hard disk is gone. Try replacing the hard-disk and check the result. If the same result occurs with the new hard disk also, then probably you have a problem with your devices on your PC. You shud debug by replacing the devices one by one and check the problem area. Hope your are doing the installation in the correct way.
