Is Pipeline one way
Hi,
I have idea about pipe as it is used for communication from one end to other end. Does it mean pipe is used only for one way communication? If so what is the terminology used fro two way communication. Someone put your ideas on this.

Re: Is Pipeline one way
Hi,
The answer to one part of the above discussion is pipe is used for one way communication only but I could not find out the terminology used for two way communication process. To add to this discussion I have one more doubt related to this discussion which is it possible to have number of different process communicating to a single process using one pipeline.

Re: Is Pipeline one way
Hi,
The idea given by is very nice. To add more brief explanation to this discussion it is achieved as:
1) First all process(different process) are entered which gives different unique process id to each
2) Then making the grandfather process to wait all the child process are executed and this action is continued rill the grandfather process gets processed.

Timmy
