What are the attributes of a best manager? Can someone give a brief idea or points on this?

Some of the attributes of a best manager are:
1. Dividing or sharing work equally among resources. That is not overburden a resource with too much work.
2. Appreciating the achievements and focusing the resources achievement to the management in a timely manner
3. Scheduling and getting the task done from resources at appropriate time
4. Keeping a friendly and open environment for resources to work.
5. Help or arrange for learning sessions for resources to increase their knowledge.
