He could answer like with the search and reading he did he found the company has excellent projects done and excellent atmosphere to work with. The policies of the company are so good to hear that it helps employees for their career growth. So having a good environment to grow is great news and he liked to be a part of the company and give his service to the best.

This is one good question where one can score very good points.

I will go with what is obvious and what others have been saying in their responses. You should know a lot lot and lot about the company.

I strongly think one should spend at least solid 3 hours on the company website before attending the interview. Look to read the history (you will know how they started), locations (you will know their geographical presence), services (you will know what all they do, very important), clients (you will know who they serve, even more important) and employee benefits (you will know what you may get if you are appointed, most important :d ).

You may also find some text on speeches given by the CEO of the company. You will know what latest is happening out their.

You may find the interviews of achievers of the company. You will know what kind of people work for the company and how the company recognizes their efforts and rewards them.

And one very important thing, if you find anything in particular (odd or even / good or not so good) in the company resources like the website or the work place where you may have attended your previous rounds of interviews, then speak about it with your interviewer when you have a chance. And you should have a reason for why you find it good or not so good. When you speak about something that is not so good, don’t sound like you are criticizing or pointing out these areas as the mistakes. Better way to put forward such points is to ask them why it is so, and why it can’t be changed to …. (if you have ideas) .

I will share my personal interview experiences in my next post in this thread.
